Powerflex bushes are made of a special type plastic (polyurethane) which lasts longer and is 25-30% harder than the material standard bushes are made of. It is not without reason that Powerflex has been used on racetracks for many years. Besides better handling, the tyre wear will be reduced because of the better bushes.

Powerflex bushings for the sway bar play a crucial role in a vehicle's suspension system by reducing the car's body roll, enhancing stability, and increasing traction.
Often installed with rubber bushings, these bushings play a huge role in ensuring that the sway bar functions as intended, while also isolating noise between the sway bar and the chassis/suspension.

When the old bushings wear out, they allow excessive movement of the sway bar and can be the cause of thumping or squeaking noises while driving over bumps or during turns.
