Kun haluat siirtyä varsinaiseen ostoprosessiin eli tilaus- ja maksutapahtumaan,

Ostoprosessissa voit halutessasi palata takaisin edellisiin vaiheisiin muokkaamaan tilaustasi tai keskeyttää ostotapahtuman,
mutta et kuitenkaan enää vaiheen
6. Maksaminen jälkeen.

 

2. Asiakastiedot

Jos sinulla ei vielä ole asiakastilia, voit luoda sen tässä vaiheessa, klikkaa LUO UUSI ASIAKASTILI ja täytä vähintään tähdellä merkityt kohdat.

Jos sinulla on jo asiakastili, kirjaudu sisään ellet ole jo aiemmin niin tehnyt ja tarkista tietosi, että ne ovat ajan tasalla.

Siirry seuraavaan vaiheeseen painamalla JATKA-nappia.

3. Toimitustiedot

Valitse sinulle sopivin toimitustapa, Nouto tai Matkahuolto.

Valitse sinulle sopivin maksutapa.

Huomioithan, että joistain maksutavoista aiheutuu Lisämaksu, näet tämän myös tällä sivulla.

5. Yhteenveto

Tilauksen tiedot-sivulla näet kaikki tilauksen oleelliset tiedot: Tiedotukset, Tuotteet, Asiakastiedot, Hinnat, Toimitustavan, Lisämaksut jne.

Tarkista tiedot vielä kerran ja jos kaikki on oikein, paina HYVÄKSY TILAUS JA SIIHEN LIITTYVÄ MAKSUVELVOITE -nappia.

 6. Maksaminen

Riippuen valitsemastasi maksutavasta, siirryt joko suoraan Tilausvahvistus -sivulle tai sinut ohjataan Visma-maksupalveluun jossa voit hoitaa tilauksen maksun valitsemallasi tavalla.

Maksun jälkeen sinut ohjataan takaisin Tilausvahvistus sivulle.

 
 

7. Tilausvahvistus

Tämä sivu kertoo sinulle, että tilaus on onnistuneesti mennyt läpi ja tilausvavahvistus lähetetään automaattisesti myös sähköpostiisi.

Löydät tilausvahvistuksen myös 'Tilaushistoria' osiosta, joka löytyy 'Minun sivu' kohdasta.

Mikäli tuote vaatii erikoisrahtimaksua esim kokonsa puolesta tai tuotteen toimituksessa ilmenee ongelmia, otamme sinuun yhteyttä.
